Booking Policy
Appointments can be made at any time in advance. Online booking is available. A confirmation contact will be made the day prior to all appointments. You are always welcome, as well, to call or text to confirm your appointment of exact time, services and ask any questions you may have.
Cancellation Policy
Time and space has been especially reserved for your services and require 24-hour notice of any appointment cancellation. Its important that I have ample opportunity to fill your service space and time, to allow for other clientele to fill it. If less than the required notice is given, I reserve the right to charge 50% for the full scheduled session. If for any reason I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given.
Tardiness Policy
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are a new client you will need to fill out specific forms regarding your service. Its very important that I keep to my schedule so that I do not run behind for other paying clients. I understand that occasionally being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, I may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but may have an abbreviated session. For example, if you are scheduled for an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for the hour session but only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation and changing time. I try my best to respect the clients time and in return I ask that you also respect mine.
Pricing Policy
I am constantly expanding and learning new techniques and services. Although I make every effort to keep the website and service menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
Gratuity Policy
Gratuity is not included in the price of service. Customary tipping runs 15%-20% but is of course, at your discretion. Like any industry where services are provided , tipping is greatly appreciated.
Age Policy
You must be 18 years or older to book an appointment. If you are under the age of 18, I must have prior approval from a legal guardian to make an appointment.
